Empowering Bharat through Skills, Cottage Industries & Community Collaboration Established in 1997 | Serving Rural India for 27+ Years
1. About Us
Rajesh Gramodyog Sansthan (RGS) is a grassroots voluntary organization committed to rural transformation through skill development, employment generation, and the promotion of traditional livelihoods. Since its inception in 1997, RGS has been working in partnership with government agencies, communities, and civil society institutions to bridge the skill gap in underserved areas, especially in Uttar Pradesh.
With a strong belief in “Skilled Hands, Empowered Villages,” RGS has empowered lakhs of youth, women, and artisans through skill training, entrepreneurship support, and the revival of Kutir Udyog (Cottage Industries). Our interventions align with flagship schemes of the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
