A flagship effort of RGS has been its revival and modernization of traditional cottage industries across villages of Uttar Pradesh.

    Skill upgradation in pottery, bamboo craft, blacksmithing, soap and incense making, stitching units, and handloom work

  • Business training: 

    packaging, branding, digital selling

  • Market Access Support:

    Rural fairs, exhibitions, online selling via Flipkart Samarth, GeM, and Meesho

  • Self-Help Group Empowerment:

    Cluster formation, collective production models

  • Income Growth: 

    Artisans report 2-3 times increase in income post training and branding


 Employment, Placement & Entrepreneurship

  • Placement Cell: Employer tie-ups across industries; ongoing job drives
  • Self-Employment Assistance: Support for Mudra loans, PMEGP, Stand-Up India
  • Mentorship Hubs: Alumni mentoring, post-training handholding
